Rita Ramey, site supervisor, has been selected for InterHab’s Leadership Program—an exciting and competitive opportunity designed to develop emerging leaders in the IDD (Intellectual/Developmental Disability) field across Kansas.
InterHab, Inc. is a Kansas-based statewide association that supports and advocates for providers of services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
Chosen as one of just 37 applicants statewide, Rita will participate in a six-month training program covering key areas such as leadership, strategic planning, advocacy, program development, and fundraising and marketing. As part of the program, participants collaborate in teams to complete a final project before graduating.
Rita’s selection reflects her strong leadership potential and commitment to growth. We’re excited to see how this experience will further strengthen her impact on our team and the individuals we support.
