The Sumner County tiny-k Advisory Committee serves at the Local Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) for Sumner County to coordinate early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families living in the Sumner County area.

State ICC

The Kansas Interagency Coordinating Council on Early Childhood Developmental Service (KICC/SICC)—more commonly known as “SICC” for State Interagency Coordinating Council—is the state ICC.  The KICC/SICC council is responsible for advising and assisting the Kansas governor and legislature on matters that impact Kansas families with children, ages birth to five who have, or are at risk for, developmental delays.
